I love waking up very early in the morning to do meditation and yoga to start my day fresh. π
For today, since I have many fruits, I decided to make mixed fruits tarte tatin. ππ
Since I have the enameled cast iron tatin pan designed for making this type of baking so it is super quick and easy. π
Recipe:
1. Caramelize cane sugar and water in the pan until it turns brown.
2. Lay out all sliced fruits: apples, pears, strawberries, and red, black and blue berries.
3. Roll the dough and lay on top, tuck the corner around all the mixed fruits. (Same recipe as for pie crust, pastry, empanada I usually make).
4. Baked in oven at 375F for 30 mins and ready to serve.
I love fruits tarte and this is absolutely delicious with a nice cup of black tea. ππ
