Who says vegans get a raw deal, gluten free vegan cheese cake with ice cream...🍨

Hi everyone,

After Debs mentioned these blackcurrant cheesecakes I had to buy some and had a dollop of Swedish Glace ice cream and they go together so well it blows away the myths of lack of choices. I do not have to worry about my weight so can literally eat what I like I tend to prefer fruit with ice cream but have been busy so it was a very nice and indulgent treat. 😊

That looks amazing Jerry, If only I'd thought of adding a dollop of swedish glaze. I will try it with the Vegan Choc mousse - just as an experiment, of course 😊 I would have an extra dollop for luck 🍀
