Fermented cashew cream cheese πŸ’š

Hi everyone here's the finished cream cheese, I put it in the freezer overnight and then left it to thaw and it tasted really good:

Fermenting really enhances the taste I think. πŸ™‚

Well done Jerry. So it wasn’t too much hassle by the sounds of it. Did you think it was worth making? It looks lovely. I imagine you could add herbs or chilli if you wanted to give it an extra kick.

Hi Ali, it was very little extra effort as all I did was blend the cashew nuts with live yoghurt and a little water and then left to Mother Nature to ferment it and ate some today.

I felt it was well worth making as the taste was good and I agree about chilli/garlic and herbs as I added chives before eating but wanted to see what it was like as is. πŸ˜€
