Hi everyone,

I thought that this looks interesting as the texture looks really good, its an egg replacer made with mung beans so here's an article about it and it looks really appetising to me. So if anyones tried this in the US then please say.

How exciting Jerry - that looks excellent and having the same nutritional value is fantastic. I do use the replacement egg powder for baking and you get really good results.

Things are really improving for us Vegans
