On the BBC's current travel show it starts with Ade Adepitan in London exploring the never ending demand for all things plant based, there are some amazing and interesting stats and the vegan slot is short so well worth watching I feel:

It’s not the taste it’s the texture that resembles fish and it’s flavoured with sea weed.
