Hi everyone, I've been wanting to make a peach crumble after Ali, Agoodenough said they make them. And as I've noticed some really healthy looking flat or donut peaches I bought 8 and stoned them, added some chia seeds. And the topping I made with 75g plain gluten free flour, 75g ground almonds 15g flaked almonds, 75g coconut oil, 35g coconut sugar mixed thoroughly and baked on top of the peaches with an extra layer of flaked almonds.
I had it with a little soy cream...π
