Here's a photo of a bake that I made using creamed cashew nuts with ground almond and sesame topping.
I creamed the cashews the same as before but didn't sweeten it, and I covered sautΓ©ed onion, mushroom, tomatoes, chilli's with it and sprinkled ground almonds on top with sesame seeds and some sliced red peppers, I cut too many pepper rings so had to chop some up...
I think meals like this are really healthy as its vegan, paleo and gluten free and it's packed with nutrition and flavour and how good is that...π
