I just watched this and it’s so interesting. It’s unbelievable what we are doing to the planet and enough to make you cry to see how we treat animals. So glad I am vegan. Made me feel sick just seeing the man drink milk and I had to whiz past some parts of the documentary. I wish the medical professionals would acknowledge the importance of food as medicine. I was basically told my a consultant that food doesn’t kill or cure and this is so far from the truth.
