My neighbour is a keen gluten free vegan baker and we have lots of groovy conversations about our shared interest and often have tea and cakes together.
My neighbour gave me these which was very nice especially as I hadn't been to good and what they are is a muffin and doughnut recipe combined!
These are filled with either cherry or raspberry jam and this one his cherry jam for the filling I cut one in half for the photo but one half mysteriously disappeared before I managed to take the photo...😁
They look good Jerry and as if by magic half of one disappeared.😉

Thank you Alicia, I'm feeling great too ands well you know these things happen cakes appear cakes disappear its a fact of life...😁 I'm not sure of the name Duffin!

I love muffins but this idea is excellent I love jam so this is perfect 😊 I want to eat those right now if only I could put my arm through the phone and grab them 🤣🤣
