Nice article, and I noticed lots of others when searching for 'vegan' on the grocer website.

I think the interest the established food companies have in the vegan 'market' can be a double edged sword. Their interest demonstrates the increasing popularity of veganism which is great, but the downside could be that as long as its vegan their products might still be heavily processed and not as healthy as we'd like.

Hi Ben, I agree as I'm a coeliac and the interest in 'free from' foods has lead to a plethora of processed foods. But to me its still in our best interests and its up to us to be savvy in what we buy and whats suitable for us.
