Do you mean naltrexone? If so then this was discussed in a thread on here about a month ago. You can read it at bit.ly/Nz3GpB but in short, there's no evidence of proper research & no evidence it works. Sorry.

An interesting video but it has no references to peer reviewed literature or the data he cites. If it works as a placebo then all well and good but for me personally there's no compelling evidence that LDN has any credibility for me as a patient with vasculitis. Sorry but I still think this is a rather worrying endorsement which may give false hope.
