Can anyone share advice? I have had Bronchiectasis for over 20 years, if not lifelong. And now I have the vascular disease MPA, or Microscopic Polyangiitis. I have become short of breath upon exertion.

do you have a specialist nurse you can talk to or a respiratory doctor you can talk to?

My husband suffered with shortness of breath after diagnosis of GPA due to scarring on the lungs from the GPA , especially on exertion - walking long distances or up hills. He just had to pace himself and be very aware of his limitations
