Night Sweats comfort

I am having a relapse with GPA and again having night sweats. I am sure people who exercise a lot already are aware of this but as I cannot exercise due to fatigue was not aware. I bought a T shirt that was described as having Sweat Wicking properties from M & S (not sure what sports shops would define these as) and this has helped me sleep comfortably during the night and the sheets no longer get soaking wet. Just in case others are struggling too sleep.

Thank you for this. I will file away on my brain and hope I can retrieve it should I need to. I hope you get better soon.
