I have no symptoms of anything and feel pretty good. As part of my diabetes management I have regular blood tests. For the last couple of years of always returned a positive C-ANCA PR3 with the last reading 6.6 at a titre of 40. The one before was 5.8 at a titre of 20. The immunologist says these are very low and since I'm feeling good to just keep an eye on it. I'm not unhappy with that. I'm just wondering what sort of levels others have had when they received a positive diagnosis of an ANCA related condition.
Thanks everybody and good luck,
Glenn

I understand it's not uncommon for people to be mildly ANCA positive without presenting any symptoms of an autoimmune disease. In the case of ANCA associated Vasculitis you would normally be strongly ANCA positive and presenting with various symptoms of the disease. Diagnosis is normally through biopsy of the affected area or organ rather than through an ANCA reading. It is right to keep an eye on it but probably nothing to worry about.
Thanks Chris, appreciate your time. I understand my readings are low but I was wondering what sort of readings are associated with any diagnosed ANCA related conditions. Basically, what is 'high'.
Its all rather relative. When I was diagnosed with Vasculitis my ANCA PR3 readings were just described as over one hundred, basically meaning too many to count but high. I am now in remission although I'm still ANCA positive at around mid twenties.
