My mother suffering Wegener granulomatosis last 1year and 7 months now dises affects her lower boday her doctor was not given retuxitumb till today. If it given than what was life expectancy after that treatment

That can depend on a number of factors and so isn't easy to answer. What is important is to ensure your mother is treated by a consultant with experience and knowledge of the disease. I've had gpa for 17 years - long before rituximab was available as a treatment - and am still going strong as are many others.

Yes she was treated by we'll known rheumatologist. In pune ,Maharashtra, India.

She has swelling in her boday. Mostly on her face is that the part of this gpa or side effects of her medicines.

Now days she is not able to walk with her right leg. Is that leg temporarily affected .

I'm afraid I'm not a doctor so can't really answer those sorts of questions. My advice would be to write down your list of questions and go through them with the consultant. I do hope your mother improves on the rituximab.

This is what is known as moon face & is very common when prednisolone or corticosteroids are used. If she has been on steroids then this is a probable answer

I had PAN when I was 21yrs and now GPA at 51yrs, Im 55yrs and still kicking......it depends on how soon it is found and get under control.....
