Hi. I have Sjögren's as my main disease but also various overlaps. I was first put on other BP and Raynaud's drugs but they didn't suit so am now on 62.5mg Losartan daily.

My BP has recently normalised and I no longer have trace blood +2-3 in my pee - but my Creatinine is still a bit elevated so I am happy up stay on this drug at this dose as well as 3g Mycophenolate - which will hopefully prevent any further renal involvement and keep on top of Raynaud's too. No side effects most of the time apart from occasional feeling I might faint after eating - which probably has nothing to do with low BP of Losartan because abs is more about syncope.
