Biopsy result - inactive axonal neuropathy and IgG ?

Two months after sural nerve biopsy now, and only have numbness to report. no pain and all calmed down.

I've Just got a letter with biopsy results and I have 'inactive axonal neuropathy without inflammation' which I think is good as its inactive. Does that mean it will get better if its not active?

Also my CSF had 'a solitary IgG clone, not a typical oligoclonal pattern' which I have no idea what it means?

Anyone any idea??

Many thanks

Keith
