In hot weather John's legs and feet become quite painful and he does experience swelling too. He also finds the fatigue kicks in a little more than usual too. He tries to have some horizontality time in the afternoon even if it is just reading a book for a while , his latest mind boggling book is called 'Missing Microbes' . 😳 I think there are some 'Mindfullness' exercises you can try to help you sleep, I will see if I can find them.
