Off prednisone, cannot sleep, extremly anxious , bad nightmares, is this from adrenal glands, need help

If you were only on pred for 10 days it won't have affected your adrenal glands - that takes some weeks - and those aren't lack of adrenal function symptoms. It could be withdrawal from the pred though I would be surprised at it taking that form. Check with your doctor.
