I've just completed week 5 of couch to 5k and can't believe I ran for 20 mins, i should be match fit at this rate for my race for life in aid of vasculitis UK in June, so far I have raised over £100

Brilliant, well done you. I too have recently started running again and managed a meagre 2 miles last week...I was rattling a bit the next day mind. I'm too scared to set any goals, good luck to you and yours!
