Yes I heard about this; a young boy, who had skin problems- along with his mother- were interviewed. The idea being, for anyone not familiar with what is being discussed here, is to allow new drugs (drugs very nearly available already) to be used to help patients; maybe a couple of years 'ahead'. One young lad was really suffering, from major skin problems, and it seemed no current drug could help him; but a new one just might.
I hope that this is a 'gooder' news, as it seems.
