I agree - very inspirational story which will give much help & support to many suffering with Wegeners Granulomatosis - especially young women such as my 13 year old daughter who was diagnosed in August of last year.
fantastic news and what an inspirational story, i have WG and on 7th cyclo and 10mg pred..this story had given me some hope of getting myself back on track, at the moment trying to get use to the changes in my body feeling grotty, bloated, fat and tired..not forgetting my hair thinning and peroid stopped. i'm only 44 feel like 80 ...3 more to go on cyclo then will go on aza tablets and praying to come off steroid..before diagnosed i was feeling fit and well apart from consent pain in my lungs, dieting lost 4 stones. now on meds put most of of it back one and too drained to walk miles which i love doing now can only manage to walk shorter and steadier. this story had given me hope and get my body back.. that's an amazing story Holly - and you looked so well despite being quite poorly still at the wedding. congratulations - you must be both over the moon with your little girl
Dear Holly,
Your story has brought a tear to my eye-and there isn't much that can do that. ( I didn't even cry at the end of 'Marley & Me'.) What is your little one's name, it might have been 'in' the reams, and reams and reams and......in the article, but, I confess, I only 'skimmed' through it.
I, whole heartedly, send my best wishes to you.
