For some reason my computer that has an operating system of Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 has conflicts when It updates to Internet Explorer 10 which HealthUnlocked insists is the key browser. Fortunately I do have Google Chrome and by that I can get into the HealthUnlocked. Thus I have Explorer 9 which works well.

Having said that if I have a technical issue (forget password etc) the hyperlink they send always takes me back to square one and I cannot open it up as I do not use Internet Explorer 10.

Why do they insist on 10 and not 9?

Hi. I've had mega problems too since the change over. However my nephew has kindly set up a new router which I got from my broadband supplier a couple of days ago, and (touchwood) it has improved things no end in terms of accessing this site as well as speeding up my Internet connection. I am an oldie still functioning on Windows XP. Lol

Afterthought - I also had big problems with Internet Explorer and discovered a lot of friends had too. I changed to Safari and Firefox and this has helped too. Hope you find the suggestions useful.

Best Wishes
