good today is good quinnster :)

gives you something to hold on to on the "not-so" days.

I heard a saying once

"today is a good day, I'm dancing in my heart"

my good days vary too.

Like you, I never know. At the moment I have just had 3 good days but have woken up thismorning feeling very weak and weary. Luckily I'm not going out today so I shall have an easy day doing some embroidery. I have two nutty friends coming tomorrow so hopefully that will pick me up again. Just make the most of the good days while you have them. x

Hi Quinnster yes I find the never knowing how you are going to feel frustrating too. I used to have good days then bad days. As time has gone on I manage good weeks then bad weeks. Hope your good days continue for a while!

thanks Katie, and hope your good days are more frequent also, try to do as much as I can on the good days, because you don't know what the next day holds

Dear quinnster,

yes we all have good days and bad days; my advice enjoy the good days and remember them on the bad days. Try to have more good days than bad days, if you can- I know this may not be entirely in your control! Above all remember that, even on bad days, you are still alive, something 'they' said you wouldn't be by now. Am I right? Thought so!

Anyway take care and enjoy what you can.

Kind regards

I recently went almost 5 weeks in a row of good days having not had more than 1 or 2 in the couple of years. But, if it's during the work week and my routine isn't interrupted, I can generally go 5 days of feeling moderately well but rarely symptom-free.
