well I’m on a transplant waiting list been on it for 4 years and 4 months so far without a call up yet, just hoping 2024 is the year happy Xmas everyone

Yes!!! I hope it’s your year too. I was incredibly lucky and got a transplant in June. When it happens, it happens fast! Make sure to keep your phone on all the time in case it rings.

Keeping Fingers crossed for you. I was told from the get go 9+ yrs wait at one hospital and 12+ yrs at another. I was highly sensitized so super hard match. Ended up getting "the call" under 4 yrs. It does happen. The right match will show up for you...soon!
