Has anyone been told to not eat hot dogs? I think the only food I remember not to eat is grapefruit, lunch meat unless it’s cooked, pomegranate, raw fish, sprouts, anyone hear anything else?

I have never heard sprouts before. I think hot dogs can be a common cause of food poisoning. They taste nice but they are an unhealthy food anyway.

I was told hot dogs were fine. I have eaten them many times with no problems. Sprouts? no you are not supposed to eat them due to possible bacteria. They are hard to clean.

You just need to stop eating all dead animal flesh and animal excretions like eggs and dairy. All animal protein and fat is HARMFUL for kidneys and the whole body. Vegan for 16 years. The healthiest ingest living people are blue Zoners who eat most of plant based diet. They may have only some meat only once every two weeks. They don’t suffer from dementia, CVA, heart disease, and most conditions that affect humans on SAD, Standard American Diet. Thank you!
