Has anyone had any problems with indigestion to the point of vomiting? I have brought this up with my transplant team and they just haven’t addressed my issue. I have suggested that it might be a possible ulcer or gallbladder issues. I have an appointment to see my family physician in three weeks but will try to get an appointment ASAP.

Hi I don't know how far you are out from transplant but I have had the same issue and it may be from the steroids. My team put me on OMEPRAZOLE 40mgs. Hope that helps you.
After my transplant I took pantoprazole for 21 years. I just stopped taking about 3 months ago and now I take half the dose as needed and it works.
I did a food sensitivity test and found out that I am sensitive to asparagus, egg white, ginger, garlic, crab, chicken, and pineapple. Since I’ve eliminated this from my diet I’ve had no more bouts of vomiting. I’m not sure if I wasn’t eating enough but I did see a gastroenterologist and will be meeting with them in late December to see how I am doing. These immunosuppressive drugs are very strong so I am making sure I eat regularly. I was taking 20 mg of famotidine in the morning but have also added it to my evening meds.
I also just had a scan on my liver and gall bladder. Waiting for results.
I feel better ... just hoping I no longer have these vomiting episodes!
I get realy bad acid after I have taken sodium bicarbonate I told my consultant and they have now been stopped might be something to do with them I assume your taking this medication.
