Come along to our annual patients conference.

TOGETHER WE CAN

- Make the NKF a household name

- Make choices on what treatment we receive

- Be informed about donation and ensure others know our wishes

- Look after our skin and protect it

- Debate the pros and cons of home dialysis

- Help and support young adults with kidney disease

- Understand the important of carers and the role they undertake

- Relax on Saturday evening at the Gala dinner with new and old friends and dance the night away

(dress code – smart)

Share and learn in the Sunday morning workshops
