This year I have been noticing increasing that I flinch (idk if that’s the right word) my head to the side, multiple times daily. It’s like a cold shake but in my neck/head. It feels like pressure builds up and my head has to move/flinch and close my eyes so the feeling goes away. I also noticed that sometimes I unintentionally mimic my when people breath out sometimes. Or I feel a strong urge to mimic people when they breath out, but am able to stop it before I do. I have also noticed these flinches get worse when I’m stressed.
Idk if it could Tourettes or something else. Just feeling very confused and I would like a second opinion
