Hi all, has anyone heard of / used / know anything about this Tinnitus treatment gadget, Dafeila Sonipulse?Probably nonsense, but would look further into it if anyone had something positive to say about it. Only seen it for sale in the US though so far.

it sounds like rubbish to me, there are no reviews on Google, and when it says the device can regenerate inner ear hair cells you know they are lying. Nothing can do that at the moment. It’s cheap enough to give it a try, but I’m sure it would soon end up in the bin.
Hi Philip, thanks for replying. Deep down I thought the same, but am so desperate will consider anything. I don't think I need inner hair cell regeneration as my T began instantly and is more likely to be an auditory nerve issue, (my diagnosis) although after a gazillion scans, doctor and hospital appointments nobody seems to be able find any issues anywhere. Have had appointments with doctors who seem to know less than me, which in itself is scary because I don't know a lot.

Sadly all the Drs and ENT I’ve seen about my tinnitus have been hopeless. I did know more than the Consultant. I recently saw my Doctor about another matter and mentioned my tinnitus and he said the best thing to do is to ignore it. I said it’s louder than my petrol lawnmower and my vacuum cleaner. How can anyone ignore that? He just ushered me out of the door.

I’d say it’s no good now looking for causes, you’ve gone down that route and got to a cul-de-sac. Just looking for causes gets Mr T to perk up and be glad he’s being listened to!
