I have a vibration feeling in left ear or head with my ongoing Tinnitus , esp when it gets louder. Also some echo sound at timesThis happened after a very loud noise incident in Nov 23

Anyone else have something similar to this?

yes. I blame the vagal nerve but because I also have heart issues I never know if it’s the tinnitus or the atrial fibrillation.

Do some research for cause (underlying condition). I’m attending a seminar on the issue next week and if anything worthwhile raised , I’ll post highlights on this site. I’ve heard inflammation a cause, possibly heart. Definitely Covid, flu etc … mine began with hypercussis in 2020 and morphed into pulsatile tinnitus with some hearing loss. While waiting to get into an ENT it was discovered I had atrial fibrillation so the ENT cancelled my appointment! I was also exposed to piercing noise from neighbour. I thought it had blown my ear drum but the audiologist said no!
