I thought this maybe of interest. I've been looking at vestibular disorders, but not had a formal diagnosis. Personally I found The Built Environment section particularly interesting

Thank you for posting that information, although I do not have Menieres I do have BPPV and can relate particularly to the Built Environment section. As soon as I step into a supermarket my head starts to fill up and my tinnitus ramps up, walking down aisles looking from side to side and up and down is a nightmare so I make a point of shopping early! I must admit I thought I might have Menieres at one point but an audiologist pointed out that I have lost the ability to identify higher tones but with Menieres you lose the lower tones. Thanks again.
