tinitus and balance

I’ve suffered with bppv for around three years on and off - after Covid in November 2023 I’ve now developed tinitus but also feel unbalanced - can anyone help

BPPV is very uncomfortable, isn’t it! Personally, I’ve been prescribed Prochlorperazine which I take if I feel it’s coming on again. There’s no cure as such and it gets better on its own after a while but you can help it along by doing specific exercises to help.

Your eyes are telling you one thing and your balance mechanism is telling you something else, and your brain is co fused. so if you google “vestibular rehabilitation” you’ll get the right exercises. Just do the ones where you sit down and move your head and eyes, until you get used to them then progress

I had a spell of that, there are exercises that you can do which will help. Quite simple things that you can do sat on the edge of the bed. It will go away in time.
