I have been lurking for a year. Like many others, I get support from the wonderful people on this forum (like happyrosie) even though I haven’t introduced myself. It is very isolating and when I read people’s stories I know exactly how they feel and what they are going through. It helps me to read the kind words we often see on here. I came across this reply from two years ago and think it is very helpful so would like to put it here.

Hello
kenenu, that post by “Surreyccfan” was an absolute inspiration to me. It’s a wonderful example of how T can be dealt with. I copied the post and pasted it into a document that I keep: this document details useful strategies which I come across now and again, for T, and I read it occasionally when i need focus
Thank you for posting it again, and for the kind words about me. And I hope in time that you too will reach these sunny uplands.
some brilliant advice there. Should definitely be a pinned comment to help people.
Thanks for resharing. What an amazing post. I’ve also copied it so I’ve got it as a constant reminder and reference point. Amazing 👍🏻. Keep well 😊
Glad my post helped some of you and if I can give anybody hope, when I first had T it crippled me which resulted in the added joy of clinical depression, now by following evidence based strategies I live really really well with my T (and have 'beaten' the depression as well). Stay safe all
