My tinnitus

I feel my tinnitus is getting worse at night. I listen to a calm app which does work sometimes. I am not too bad during the day unless I sit quiet and then I can hear it again.

I think, BridgesMadison, that almost everyone feels that Mr T wants to get our attention whenever he can - and that’s when we are tired, when there’s not much of a noise going on elsewhere, when we’re jumpy about something.

Many people on this forum listen to an app of one sort or another - sometimes you have to try a few.
