I will say to Vincent that TRT is a long-term process - it takes longer than a few weeks to work, which any TRT practitioner should have informed you of before you began on the treatment programme.

Finally have to pay for it coz nhs can just provide the behind ear device, but no cbt....

Slightly feel better but as he said its a long term treatment..so finger crossed.
