hello all,

To continue off my last post, it seems like a common issue people share is tightening of neck muscles. I’m sharing a prehab page that I know alot of you would love. I’m very certain it would help. Hopefully you all are having a great day!

Yes absolutely! An easy way to try to correct this is to have a 2 -1 pull to push ratio for exercises. So use pulling exercises (ex: rows) More often than pushing exercises (ex: bench press or push ups).

Here are some links for exercises

I’m pretty certain my T is related to if not caused by poor posture and as a result of either being hunched over a computer or my phone (the irony of sharing this while on my phone). I have what they used to call a ‘dowagers hump’ - kyphosis. My T is pulsatile in rhythm with my heart beat like a constant whoosh whoosh of an ultrasound scan of a baby in my ear. Pretty sure something to do with my veins and arteries etc. and my posture causing them to be constructed maybe - though had a CT and as far as I know nothing identified (though only had a partial result and been waiting almost 3 months for the conclusion)!
