I am 40 and have had tinnitus for over 15 years loud pitch sqeul in left ear and on of deeper tone In right ear trying to live a stress free life diet and exercise is working for me to keep me busy and in a calm state of mind 👍

It is always good to see some positive posts here - particularly because it is likely to be one of the first places that new sufferers visit and browse. T is at least 2/3 one's response to it, and finding the strategies that help.
