Ringtones for tinnitus sufferers?

Hi,

Does anyone have ringtones they could recommend for moderate T? Some just blend in and others can make things worse. Looking for something that I can hear without turning the dial to 11!

Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance..

hi - sometimes is depends on the tone /pitch of yr tinnitus . My T is mid tone /pitch so i prefer mid frequency sounds. High frequency sounds can change my T to a higher pitch so i avoid those. I use ocean waves or sometimes pink noise ( this is white noise with the higher frequencies taken out)

Do you have reactive tinnitus which reacts to certain noise/ sound, then you would need to be more careful. I would say avoid the high pitch sounds but some people find that matching their high frequency T with higher freq sounds works for them, but for others this would be a disaster

Its just a case of listening to sounds and see what works and what aggravates the T
