Pulsatile Tinnitus complications

I have been recently diagnosed with Pulsatile Tinnitus, and when trying to get to sleep my left ear (where the pulsing is located) trembles occasionally and in addition I seem to get a seperate clicking sound, both of which wake me back up when I am dropping off.

Has anyone else had anything like these issues>

Thanks

J

I have had pulsatile tinnitus for over 5yrs. On occasions I get a vibrating/trembling in that ear which I think is a muscle spasm. It settles after a while. I also have regular tinnitus which is likely what your clicking is ....just another sound. I have high pitched ringing, hissing and a low growly sound in addition to my pulsatile tinnitus. All generally very annoying!!
