I saw this app with 7 days free period, with it we have to choose the closest to our tinnitus and the program automatically plays higher and lower tones. On the website it is written in detail how it works.

Hello! I use a FREE sound therapy app called "ReSound Relief" It was recommended by my audiologist and I find it very helpful. It offers various sounds that can be placed on a timer, and you can even double-up on sounds you find beneficial (ie. water plus wind). The app also provides updated resources and information. No ads. Did I mention it's free?!

Hi, I use T-Minus, it’s not only an App with various options for sound therapy but a complete package of support with educational webinars and monthly support groups. You can find it on YouTube, Spotify or an App for Apple phones
