TRACTOR SOUNDS
Hello again sun. One of the problems with tinnitus is that he sounds can change, and then your body seems to think that this is danger so you feel anxious. You are very early on in getting used to this horrible problem. I expect you have read all the replies to your earlier posts and are feeling it all so hard to take in and deal with.
As I have said before to you, I think, have a look at the British Tinnitus Association website for information and help.
Hello it is very distressing. Yours sounds pretty powerful. When my tinnitus is at its peak I feel anxious and overwhelmed and end up in a vicious spiral. Of course the sounds exist, I just mean they are exacerbated by our reaction. It is difficult to separate out. I have vestibular migraine (well, a hesitant diagnosis was given) and when the tinnitus and ear pressure builds, I feel very low and exhausted by it. I'm having a good day today and I think it is important to focus on them otherwise I'd be constantly thinking when is it happening again?
Perhaps I'm fortunate as I get some respite. As others say on here, try to find what works - distractions, youtube, soothing noises, a walk, healthy eating, keeping hydrated...look after yourself.
I've had the shaking sensation too, perhaps due to stress. It is distressing.
Try to say, this will pass... if it helps? Keep in touch. xx
I've had tinnitus for some years, and usually it's just a mild white noise. However, I occasionally have what they call "talking tinnitus."
This presents in the perception of dimly heard conversations, muted music when some sort of continous source of sound (like a dishwasher running), and strange sounds that sound like construction outside.
It is disturbing when you experience it, and it is in fact a hallucination of sorts. It will not hurt you.
It's just really annoying. In my experience it occurss randomly every six months or so without any obvious causes.
Don't let it get you down.
Here's a link on musical hallucination. Other varieties are common as well.

I get that a night...random words, like people speaking. I thought it was stress. Thanks for that.
Seriously, I thought I was losing my everloving mind the first couple times it happened. But it's just some of life's static that can be ignored.
