Ear plugs at Dentist

I developed tinnitus less than a year ago. I’ve noticed in the past that the noise from drilling makes procedures difficult. Today I tried ear plugs( Mack soft ear plugs) and it made the procedure much easier. So some type of ear protection works well for the dentist.

Thanks for this info I have a check up on Monday so if I need any fillings I will try the ear plugs. Take care.

Hi bruimprov I wear ear defenders at the dentist for scale & polish and fillings. It makes a difference .. I just can't hear anything the dentist is saying 🙂
