Deltec, this forum is meant to be about people helping each other to deal with medical problems. I cannot see that answers to your post would help you or, more importantly, anyone else.

Your questions are intrusive in my opinion

Nobody with any sense , I wouldn’t have thought , if you want to help your tinnitus cut it all out.

I don't actually think it does. Mine plays up when I'm stressed and take certain meds and supplements

I like an occasional drink and it doesn’t affect tinnitus at all,have never smoked,the only things that make T worse is loud noises and the 2 COVID vaccines I have had so i will not be getting booster.

I don't smoke and just drink very occasionally but mostly not as it makes me feel a bit sick, anyway. What has helped my health in general is eating lots of fresh food, veg etc. How about you deltec ?

Same hear to I do hell a lot of walking to 20 miles a day

That's great. I couldn't manage that amount but maybe 4 or 5 miles on a good day 👏👍
