I've been prescribed this medication for nerve pain, but have noticed (although I had no idea there was a connection till reading these comments) that my Tinnitus has improved during the period I've been on it, approx. 12months now. So I'm guessing it's an individual thing. To be honest though the main things that work for me are distractions, like being outdoors in nature and doing yoga, whereby I have to focus on something more intently.
