Hey guys. Just sharing my experience I have had MEM for 5 years now. It recently started to affect my sleep. Fasting 16 hours days, and some times 24 hours days. And, eliminating sugar, coffee, reducing carbs, salt, and fat seems to work. I take centrum too. Fingers crossed I have days were it was on for 5 minutes on this new diet instead of the usual 24 hours. I also get enough sleep and do not go to bed past midnight.
