Hi has any boday cbt if so how long dose it take any boday from bta taken the course if so how long did it take u guys

The simple answer is that "it depends" on you as an individual. CBT will depend on the complexity of your problem. It sounds oxymoronic, but you have to be in a good place for CBT to work (I was told this by my therapist and read this from several sources - see link below). CBT might not be for you.

I had CBT for childhood trauma and it didn't work at the time. I hadn't resolved ongoing issues but, therapy allowed me to recognise this.

However, it has been beneficial several years later as I can now recognise triggers and can act on them accordingly. If your tinnitus isn't going away you'll have bad days/weeks/months and you'll have good days/weeks/months. Likewise, the therapy may allow you to recognise it. It's not for everyone, but don't give up.
