Indoor waterfall makes a great sound mask and it has pretty coloured lights that dance on the ceiling (pic)

I didn’t even buy it as a sound mask, I bought it because it looked nice!

I find the low rumble/buzz of the tiny water pump and the sound of the water tinkling down each step is so soothing and masks my T to imperceptible levels.

There’s also a coloured LED in the bottom pool which acts as something to focus on.

Only downside is I wake up needing the toilet every time I fall asleep to it...

Great idea. I've thought about trying one of these before but never got round to it. I use masking sounds on my tablet at night but I imagine the natural sound of one of these is better. Also I think it's good to have something you can just leave on so that you don't have to consciously think "now i need to turn on my tablet" which obviously brings your attention to the tinnitus.

Thanks for sharing.

Looks good and I like the idea of the lights too! However, I would definitely experience the wanting the loo problem as you do. My help to sleep at night is a Sound Therapy System playing the waves, which also relates to holidays, so creates happy thoughts. Anything to distract can help.
