There was a similar post a couple of weeks ago, search for that and see the comments.

Yes me, didn’t do much if anything for me.

I tried them and they did nothing for me I’m afraid !! Acupuncture helped a bit but only lasted a couple of days !! Strong green tea lowers it for a few minutes but I’m still searching !! Best of luck

Hi there. I have been using a Flare calmer ear device and this is how it was for me. At first I thought it was not making a difference. After a week of using it I noticed that it was a bit calmer when I went to bed. Normally after watching TV it feels like I have an orchestra in my ear. During the day I also felt there was an improvement. At times I even forgot about it. My main problem was it was not a good fit in my narrow ear and felt like it was going to fall out. There is a knack to it. It never did fall out. So I would say it is not a quick fix and it only helps if you give it time. I take it out to sleep and pop it in the morning now. Hope this helps.

Hello, I have also tried them but unfortunately I'm currently enduring my longest period of T which started the day after I started to use them.

Obviously it's hard to confirm if they are the cause but very coincidental.....
