Morse code tinnitus

I have tinnitus already mostly left ear and it's a low pitched one but recently have been getting a clicking type one on top of the existing one. Just getting over 8 weeks of benign vertigo wonder if related?

It sounds like a mechanical problem. Can you control it in any way?

No I feel like it's happening when I am maybe over thinking about stuff

I’ve had T for 20 years or so, and sometimes have benign vertigo like you. The vertigo didn’t cause any difference in the T, as far as I was concerned, except it was louder because I couldn’t do much except lounge around so more aware of the noises.

Suggest you get it checked out if it doesn’t go away after a couple of weeks.
